Manifesto
International Affairs
Armenia must leave the CSTO, EAEU, CIS and other international organizations controlled by Russia. Any oppressive treaty concluded with Russia shall be terminated. Armenia shall take steps to obtain a EU membership/candidate country status by no later than 2025. Armenia shall pursue a visa-free access to the EU and other democratic states for Armenians. Armenia shall consider US, NATO, EU, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia as her strategic partners.
Economy
Armenia shall promote freedom of entreneurship, ensure free competition and fair distribution of material benefits. Armenia shall be transformed into an IT-based economy. Armenia shall deregulate the economy (where possible), reduce undue state influence on businesses and optimize taxes. Armenia shall make use of the intellectual and financial capabilities of the Diaspora.
Public Governance
Armenia shall fight bad governance and secure transparency and accountability of the state.
Armenia shall create a new class of innovative public officers with the help of the Diaspora members. Armenia shall protect liberal political values, democracy and basic freedoms. A genuine and healthy opposition must be constitutionally guaranteed. Armenia shall reform her security forces and clear them of corrupt and undemocratic agents. A process of lustration must be implemented.
Cultural Policies
Armenia shall promote national and European cultural heritage purged of Soviet dogma. Armenia shall fight the information dominance of foreign and local anti-democratic propaganda. Armenia shall promote a European standard of education.
